A Shreveport man faces trial for a February murder following the one true bill returned Thursday, June 15, by the Caddo Parish Grand Jury.

Darell Lamont Bell, 22, is accused of the Feb. 8, 2017 slaying of Kendarrius Henderson, 18. Henderson was struck by shots fired from a passing truck as he sat with a friend in a car parked outside a residence in the 200 block of North Emerald Loop.

Bell faces a mandatory life sentence without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, if convicted.
