The Grand Jury of Caddo Parish returned four indictments Wednesday, December 18, 2019.

One indictment charges three people with a homicide that occurred this summer. Jonathan Jermaine Crenshaw, 34, Terence Felix Jr., 29, and Tamala Triciann Ware, 50, all of Shreveport, are charged with the August 20, 2019, slaying of Derrick Terrell. Terrell, 45, of Shreveport, was shot several times in the parking lot of a motel in the 4900 block of West Monkhouse Drive. All are charged with second-degree murder.

A second true bill charges Latroy Derez Smith Jr., 19, of Shreveport, with manslaughter. Smith is charged with the October 27, 2019, slaying of Dayton Washington. Washington, 18, was shot at an apartment complex in the 6100 block of Tierra Drive.

Trevarius Winslow, 24, is charged with two counts of second-degree murder in connection with two summer slayings. He is charged with the June 9, 2019, mortal shootings of Lee’Jerryius Baines and Chasmine Walters. Baines, 29, of Shreveport, was shot once in the head during an altercation at a bar in the 200 block of Texas Street. Walters, 22, shot during the same incident, died the following day. Bond was set at $500,000 on each count, for a total of $1 million.

*   A warrant also was issued for the arrest of Winslow, who has been actively avoiding apprehension and should be considered armed and dangerous. People who know of his whereabouts should contact the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s office at (318) 681-0700.

The fourth true bill returned charges Terrance Tyrone Johnson Sr., 34, of Shreveport, with 12 counts of pornography involving juveniles. Due to the nature of the charges, the indictment was filed under seal.
