The Caddo Parish Grand Jury returned six indictments, all for second-degree murder, against five Shreveport men and three teens in its session ending Thursday, May 26, 2022.
Antonio Tyrone Bryant Jr., Eric Dewayne Green and Marquise Tremell Starks, all 16, are charged in connection with the January 27, 2022 slaying of 17-year-old De’Anthony Walker. Mr. Walker was shot multiple times while walking home from school in the 1400 block of Harvard Avenue in the Allendale neighborhood. This is docket No. 387430.
Damion Daron Sherfield, 20, is charged in connection with the February 15, 2022 slaying of Roderick Dalaun Walker, 29. Mr. Walker was shot in the chest at the Village Food Mart in the 5300 block of Jewella Avenue. This is docket No. 387699.
Ja’Corion Cedrick Robinson, 20, is charged in connection with the February 7, 2022 slaying of Shaundowian Marqee Whitehead, 27. Mr. Whitehead was shot several times at a residence in the 4900 block of Haywood Place, in Shreveport. This is docket No. 387527.
Noel Deon Garner, 27, is charged in connection with the January 20, 2022 slaying of Jermond Lamar Houston, 25. Mr. Houston was shot several times just after 12 a.m. at a service station in the 5400 block of West 70th Street. This is docket No. 387323.
Romullus Devarian Noyes, 22, is charged in connection with the February 15, 2022 slaying of Jermond Chance Lewis, 41. Mr. Lewis was shot several times in the 4100 block of Westwood Park Drive in west Shreveport. This is docket No. 387629.
Ernie Lynn Campbell, 38, is charged in connection with the February 17, 2022 slaying of Regmond Mitchell, 25. Mr. Mitchell was found dead inside a vehicle in the 4200 block of Barbara Avenue just after 10 a.m. He had been shot in the head. This is docket No. 387705.
All of the defendants charged remain in custody at Caddo Correctional Center.
