The Louisiana District Attorneys Association, composed of the District Attorneys of Louisiana’s 42 judicial

districts, will meet Friday, October 11, 2024 in Shreveport at Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel.

The LDAA was founded in 1973 and is  based in Baton Rouge. This will be only the third meeting in the organization’s history to be held in the Shreveport-Bossier area. Previous meetings were held in 1984, hosted by then-LDAA President and Caddo Parish  District Attorney Paul Carmouche and in 2014 by then-LDAA President and Caddo Parish District Attorney Charles Rex Scott.

Caddo Parish District Attorney James E. Stewart Sr. thanks our new LDAA President, Lafourche Parish District Attorney Kristine Russell, and Bossier-Webster Parishes District Attorney Schuyler Marvin and DeSoto Parish District Attorney Charles Adams for their efforts in bringing this important meeting of these law enforcement leaders of Louisiana  to our area.

The meeting will be open for press availability at noon at the second floor meeting room at Bally’s.
